Current scooter orders include free shipping. The checkout total shows the product total with shipping listed as free.

Delivery Details

At checkout, enter a full shipping address and phone number. This information is used to prepare the order and contact you if delivery details need to be confirmed.

Order Confirmation

After PayPal payment succeeds, you will see a payment success page with the order number, products, total, name, phone number, and shipping address.

Returns

If you need help with a return, contact Volt Rides with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. Returned products should be unused, safely packed, and include all accessories where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a scooter arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and take photos of the product, packaging, and label. This helps us review the issue faster.
